Free shipping

 -Lace Anchors® ship for free, unlimited quantities Domestic and International.

 -Customer responsible for any international customs or duties fees/taxes owed.

 

 USA and International shipping

All packages are shipped via USPS by one of the following methods.

-First Class Mail

-First Class Package

-First Class Package International 

-Priority Mail

 

Shipping timeline

-We strive to have the best shipping possible.  Most orders will ship in less than 24 hours Monday through Saturday.  Orders received after 10:00am on Saturdays may not ship until the following Monday. 

-USA shipments range from 3-10 business days depending on shipping method.

-International shipments range from 5-14 business days (average).  Some countries with slower postal services may take additional time depending on your countries customs/processing.  Some countries customs departments can hold packages for as long as 60 days.  We will however provide a full refund or reshipment if your orders tracking number shows the package never left the USA.  Once the package has left the USA it is out of our hands and becomes the customers responsibility to contact your local postal service and/or customs to locate your package.

-Packages not delivered within the normal time frames within the USA will require an additional 7 days grace period before we will consider the package lost.  We rely on the USPS for accurate delivery times but sometimes unexpected events can cause delays (weather etc.).  

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you don't love your Lace Anchors® send 'em back! Shoot us an email within 20 days of your purchase including your full name, order#, Date of purchase and just say you didn't love them.  Return them to the contact address listed below with the same information you provided in your email to us.  All returns are subject to a 20% fee for restocking/credit card/PayPal transaction fees.  If you purchased your Lace Anchors from a retail partner or other online website do not return the product to the retail location.  They will not provide a refund.  The product, all parts or peices and a purchase receipt must be sent directly to Smooky Moon LLC, P.O. Box 1908 Anacortes, WA 98221

 

Returns & exchanges USA

All un-opened, un-used products may be returned if notified by email within 20 days of purchase date.  We will not refund any open packages or used products.  Everything we ship is brand new and in brand new condition and must appear this way when returned.  All products are subject to a 20% fee for restocking/credit card/PayPal transaction fees.  

If coupon codes are used all sales are final. No returns will be accepted.

All exchanges are free of charge including shipping both ways if the product is defective or if the wrong product/item was shipped.  If the exchange is due to customer error we will exchange free of charge, but the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.

We are not responsible for shoelaces that do not match your monitors color settings.  It is impossible for us to match the color of our laces with everyones different monitor settings and color configurations.  If you order a shoelace color that you are not happy with we will provide a full refund or color swap but the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.

When returning please provide with the package your reason for returning, your full name, order#, or PayPal transaction#, email address and date that you ordered and return to the address listed below.

We do not accept returns past 90 days (3 months).

Order Limits 

Customers who order more than 18 packs of Lace Anchors® will receive a full refund and notified by email if reselling of our product is suspected.  If you are a retailer/wholesaler/distributor or would like to become one, please contact us by filling out the form below or sending an email to info@laceanchors.com

Lace Anchors® / Smooky Moon LLC reserves the right to refund and/or refuse to sell any of our products to any individuals or companies at any time.  We take pride in protecting our Retailers/wholesalers/distributors.
